About M for Meditation
M for Meditation was founded by Micha as a platform to introduce meditation to a larger audience.
I am a practising lawyer (who works full time) and meditation teacher. My daily meditation practice was originally cultivated whilst working long hours on multiple deals which often involved travel. Despite the shortage of time, the benefits of meditation which I discovered encouraged me to maintain a daily meditation practice and explore different styles.
I have now had a daily meditation practice for more than 8 years and spent time on retreats and workshops relating to meditation to further deepen my individual practice. I am qualified as a Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) and have successfully completed the Open Heart Project's meditation instructor certification course.
